Interesting to observe how people put their focus on. Throughout the history the practice of human sacrifice has taken place all over the world, incl. Hawai'i, and Asia and of course Greeks. The common theme is to exercise one's power or trying to control natural disasters (weathers). Nowadays those satanic cult people seem to continue to practice that.
I have seen this kind of tactics before. They often set up 'actors' to pose as saviours or PR agents.
I grew up in a non Christian society and am not into organised religion. Frankly speaking, I understand they lost trust in the authorities, but wonder if they are simply replacing such authorities with their churches. If the head of your church says it's ok or it's not ok, do you feel you get a ultimate indulgence (from the medieval era) ?
I mean each individual has a unique biological make up and in my view one's decision should be based on safety and the end goal is to achieve well being. If it works for you, then go ahead. If it doesn't, don't take it.
