My 2 cents - while some of us have been doing deep dives into Health, Education, Judicial, Banking & Governance, we have had the 'revelations' that our system is not what we had initially been taught & that it has been a WIP to strip us of all we have and leave us with nothing (not wealth or health). We are nothing but Debt Slaves & the soul's of our children are at risk. While we've been on a crash course of what's occurring, they also have been learning from our reactions to their actions & steam-rolling ahead with bills & laws to use the 'sheep' as controls against the ones awakening. There will be no celebration until their is unity or full disclosure. HOPE is good but we need masses to Roar.
And based upon your research and commentary, I think it is apparent that this is not worth celebrating, and a bunch of legal gobbledygook to lead people to believe something good happened. If it was of any consequence, the government would have appealed the decision. As far as I am aware -they didn't.

If they are correct about their string theory it could be a reason to take all the new mRNA vaccines off the market. And perhaps force a new line of safer vaccines in a better direction instead of a dangerous switch to mRNA.

Firstly every man or woman is born under the supremacy of God and the rule of LAW! Land Air Water! our so called charter of rights is a legal corporate document for use with our corporations which is Canada! The top sentence is the only one on that legal paper that pertains to us men or women . "Whereas Canada is founded upon the principles that recognize the Supremecey of GOD and the Rule of Law ! Unless we have a signed agreement with legal then no bylaw, statute, code, mandate pertains to us! If this were a US judge and I were to use your wise and concise discrepancy analysis I would conclude the following.
Judge Mosely, deviates from reality in presupposing our rights come from government and are not inalienable deriving from the laws of nature and nature’s God or our Creator.
Second, Mosley’s conduct deviates from his speech to uphold the rule of law insofar as he is compounding the governments abuse of its citizens because the Covid narrative has been proven to be a succession of lies very harmful to countless citizens. So, he is doubly down on either stupid or malevolence.
Third, his decision is contradictory in and of itself with respect to censorship and freedom of speech rights.

My family came from two WWs last century so we know what this is.
Dad is 91 and Mom is 90 and both still here and were prisoners of the Germans as a children.
