As the lawsuit in August 2023 proved, when the Judges and magistrates have no accountability because they claim absolute legal immunity to any harms caused by their decisions, they become accountable only to criminals.

I suspect that the police who respond to these type of CPS calls are not your average cop. They're hand-selected to perform these specific actions. I don't think this would work with the cooperation of the majority of cops who innocently signed up to 'protect the public'. Too many would balk at the mistreatment of parents and children and that would cause a lot of friction and 'waking up' on their part. No, these cops are hand-selected and they profit greatly by putting their ethics on ice to do what they're told, conscience be damned. Of course this paints a bad light on all cops.

But on a visit to Vancouver in the early 90's while living in Oregon we were questioned by a woman agent at the border before boarding the ferry from Washington. In no way wishing to excuse the actions of these critters, I suspect that they must be VICTIMS as well as VIOLATORS. This situation of what police are degenerating into in Canada, is happening in the U.S. and the other Western countries as well. In the U.S., the police have been turned into a standing army on U.S. soil in blatant violation of Posse Comitatus and the Supreme Law(s) of the land, the U.S. Constitution. If Canada doesn't have the equivalent of a First Amendment, then go with Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on what freedom of speech includes:

The Canadian Bill of Rights does not start with a "Reversal" word, but the funny thing is that in Canada none of the Freedom lawyers or Judges for that matter applies it. These are dark times we live in, is all I can say. I have no words. I pray for all decent human beings to be safe and sound, it may sound like so little but it is much. God help us all.
I suspect that the police who respond to these type of CPS calls are not your average cop. They're hand-selected to perform these specific actions. I don't think this would work with the cooperation of the majority of cops who innocently signed up to 'protect the public'. Too many would balk at the mistreatment of parents and children and that would cause a lot of friction and 'waking up' on their part. No, these cops are hand-selected and they profit greatly by putting their ethics on ice to do what they're told, conscience be damned. Of course this paints a bad light on all cops.

In other words, most of the population is so dumbed-down-clueless and willfully-ignorant of human and civil rights, all by design, that they don't even know what overstepping the bounds of "legal" authority is. It's not all their fault, but it IS their fault that most of them also refuse to wake up to what's really going on and to do anything constructive to stand up against the global enslavement that is now more quickly taking over our countries. And, thus, society has been deteriorating for a very long time, so stealthily that it was almost imperceivable*, but now it's becoming obvious. That's the way it is in the U.S. now, too; and, for the truly-sane and completely-awake, who are in the extreme-minority, they are consternated beyond belief, especially that more people aren't waking up (I know some are) and taking a concerted stand against all of this madness. But, I just explained why that is, so none of it is really a surprise to the initiated/awake. We're all being intentionally and systematically demoralized by all of the mass-insanity that is increasingly surrounding us on all sides.
* Or, as was said in the movie, Princess Bride, "inconceivable!".
GOD HELP US! ALL OF US! Please, dear Lord God the Father, in Jesus the Messiah's name, send your Son to deliver us from all of the disintegration of morality that is crashing down on us in a tsunami that is sweeping all decency, and liberty, freedom and rights, away! And please also deliver us, Dearest God, from "TrumpCON and Company, Inc., of U.S.A., Inc., as well as from the "DemoCONS", and from ALL of the "opposite-of-liberty-and-freedom" madness that is taking over on steroids! We need to be aware that We are responsible for protecting Our crowndom - Our Self and possessions. And protect Others who are being bullied. Stop sacrificing Our sovereignty to any Other(s). That no One is "official" over One who is sovereign.
