Lawyers, Politicians and Hospital Administrators. Trying to get away with NDAs?
Non Disclosure Agreements and my thoughts on Danielle Smith.
So far in my journey to expose freedom and truth, I’ve know of 2 cases where patients have “gone dark”. In both cases Non-Disclosure Agreements were mentioned before they went silent. The first case was brought to my attention by a reporter, who asked for my expert opinion on a story she was doing about an 80 year old who developed a massive blood clot after taking the COVID “vaccine”. The last I heard from the reporter about the patient who’s clot was the length of his entire leg, was that Alberta Health Services REFUSED to do the surgery to restore circulation UNLESS the patient signed A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT.
I haven’t heard anything about his case since.
The second case where just yesterday I was told another Non-Disclosure Agreement resulted in silence was a transplant patient who was denied a transplant unless she first took the Experimental COVID-19 injection. There was ample evidence already in 2021 linking the COVID-19 mRNA injection to sudden onset of autoimmune disease. The molecular mechanism of “immunization” through mRNA “vaccination” carries an extreme risk for causing autoimmunity (where the immune system attacks the person’s own body). That any transplant specialist or immunologist would REQUIRE such an injection before a transplant is HOMICIDAL.
Yes. Homicidal.
If a transplant patient requires a transplant to sustain life, ANY ACTION DIRECTED TOWARDS TRANSPLANT REJECTION IS AN ATTEMPT AT HOMICIDE.
Telling a patient she must take an mRNA injection, with the known risks of autoimmunity, increases her risk of transplant rejection and therefore death. (Somebody convince me this is NOT attempted murder)
This transplant patient’s story (and I think it is the same patient but I cannot confirm because she’s “gone dark”) has already made international news from her failed court battle using the “Freedom Lawyers” at the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF).
Before she went silent, I was told through a contact in the freedom movement that she retained an independent lawyer after firing the JCCF. A few weeks later when I messaged this contact for an update, she said there was a Non-Disclosure agreement and that she has heard nothing since.
What was in this non-disclosure agreement?
Well in the case of the 80 year old with the massive blood clot I imagine the conversation with the doctor or surgeon went something like this:
Doctor, “Without the surgery to remove the blood clot, you might lose your entire leg. Your leg needs blood flow otherwise all the cells will die. If you don’t sign this agreement, I can’t do the surgery.”
I suspect the patient signed the non-disclosure agreement, because I haven’t heard anything since. (I hope they saved his leg.)
In the case of the transplant patient I don’t know what the terms are either, because they are “not disclosed”. It may even be the case that the patient isn’t even allowed to answer whether or not the have a Non-Disclosure Agreement because its existence is not supposed to be disclosed either!
So what are the possibilities?
What did the NDA say?
“We’ll let you have the transplant without taking the experimental injection if you sign this…”
“We’ll pay for your transplant elsewhere if you sign this…”
“We’ll give you $$$ so you can pay for your own transplant in another country if you sign this…”
Let’s go through the likelihood of these 3 scenarios. (We can’t know for sure if there’s an NDA)
Scenario #1. From the patient’s perspective, would anyone trust the transplant doctors not to make a DEADLY mistake after Alberta Health Services spent over a year FIGHTING all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada TO FORCE HER TO TAKE AN INJECTION THAT INCREASED RISK OF TRANSPLANT FAILURE?
Scenario #2. If Alberta Health Services just spent over a year trying to kill you, or at the very least trying sabotage your transplant, would you feel safe as a patient if Alberta Health Services had the chequebook and contact information for THE HOSPITAL that WAS doing your transplant? Getting Alberta Health Services to pay for treatment elsewhere would mean that Alberta Health Services knows the Hospital and the doctors providing your life saving care.
Does this seem far fetched? Well consider the fact that according to Pastor Arthur Pawloski, the government offered a self admitted gangster who used extortion against people, 2 million dollars to “turn to their side”.
So what if Alberta Health Services tries to nickel and dime the hospital (possibly in another country) the costs of the transplant and post operative care? What if they made a secret “off the record” phone call promising extra $$$ if the transplant doesn’t go well but a “bounced cheque” if all goes well?
Scenario #3. The transplant team at Alberta Health Services and hospital administrators just tried to kill you. The safest way to get a transplant without interference is to get the money yourself and take it to a hospital that Alberta Health Services doesn’t know about. At least if you have the money in your pocket, you can get a transplant somewhere without the government knowing.
You decide which one of these scenarios is most likely.
The truth is we do not know if what happened. There’s likely an NDA in the way.
Is it right for us to be in the dark?
Let’s take Scenario #1. The patient gets her transplant, saving her life. It is right for the patient. But it is wrong for the rest of us because the hospital administrators and transplant doctors got away with attempted murder. Not to mention the fact that Alberta Health Services spent over a year and wasted an untold sum of money that should have been used for patient care, fighting FOR THE RIGHT TO HARM a transplant patient.
How about Scenarios #2 and #3? Well, it was over a decade ago that I learned that the typical cost of an ICU stay is about $30,000 dollars a day (in Canada). That would put about 10 days of ICU care after a transplant would total about $300,000. The cost of the transplant surgery itself might be $200,000 perhaps? So we’re looking at a payout, at minimum, of half a million dollars for scenarios #2 and #3.
Is this money coming out of the pockets of the transplant doctors?
Is this money coming out of the pockets of the hospital administrators?
Is this money coming out of the pockets of politicians?
Or is it more likely that this money is going to come out of the pockets of each and every man and woman who had nothing to do with this attempted murder?
Does any of this seem right?
Does any of this look fair?
Why is it legal to protect criminals with Non-Disclosure Agreements?
The provincial government, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Danielle Smith.
One of the rumors I heard about why Alberta Health Services and their specialist doctors used deadly medications with black box warnings on covid patients, was that the pharmaceutical lobby in Alberta, Canada threatened the government. The United Conservative Party under the leader Jason Kenney was supposedly given a choice. If the hospitals don’t enforce the use of Baricitinib (with a black box warning for causing blood clots) and Tocilizumab (black box warning for causing life threatening infections), the pharmaceutical companies would start charging American market prices in Alberta for ALL their medications.
The Jason Kenney government, already under fire for promising no lockdowns and no mandates only to suddenly implement both, would be toppled if diabetics all over Alberta the suddenly had to pay twice as much for their insulin. The rumor was that the lobbyists already had children dependent on medications “on standby” with stories of how they could no longer afford their pills in Alberta “because of the conservative government”.
So I ask, did the Kenny government, likely under the protection of an NDA (I don’t really know because it is nothing is disclosed), force Alberta Health Services to make its doctors use deadly medications? My previous article talks about such a case of deadly medications causing death in Edmonton:
Post Kenney, A New United Conservative Party?
The topic of Danielle Smith of the United Conservative Party was inspired by a commenter on one of my previous articles about False Flags in the Freedom movement.
Danielle Smith came to the leadership of the UCP in 2022, after controversy about lockdowns and vaccine mandates forced Jason Kenney out. In May of 2023, thanks to the hard work of thousands of volunteers, she won re-election for the UCP in Alberta. But did anything really change?
Danielle Smith, now the Premier of Alberta, is famous worldwide for saying that the unvaccinated were the most discriminated against.
I first met Danielle Smith while she was campaigning in Grande Prairie Alberta against Tod Loewen to be the replacement leader of the United Conservative Party (UCP) after the leadership review forced Jason Kenney out in 2022. The campaign rally was held in a medium sized conference room at the Holiday Inn. It was a full house with standing room only for late arrivals like me.
I noticed that Danielle Smith was a remarkably slick politician. I’ve seen few as well polished as her, but things became surreal when someone from the audience asked her about Net Zero. Smith tried to sell Net Zero to the crowd in Grande Prairie, a largely Oil and Gas industry supported town. She said Net Zero was a great opportunity for Albertans to sell carbon credits to the world because of all the untouched forests in northern Alberta. She went on to say that oil companies have already invested billions into carbon capture and that Net Zero was a done deal that would make all Albertans rich.
I thought to myself has the narrative already transitioned in 2022 from “Lockdowns and inject everyone with an experiment!” to “Trap everyone in their apartments with carbon credits?” Is the next excuse for total control of humanity, Net Zero? Where no one is allowed to move, eat or breathe without first buying a carbon credit? (To allegedly save the earth?)
I wanted to ask Danielle Smith about this, and afterward during the meet and greet, a couple of Danielle Smith’s campaign assistants put me in line to speak to her. They knew who I was, and that I had been fired for saving 3 lives with Ivermectin. Yet despite staying till the very end, where I was just one of a few left in the conference room, everywhere I stood beside Danielle Smith, she always turned away to speak to someone else. And then she abruptly left.
Todd Loewen, his campaign staff, and all of Danielle Smith’s campaign staff went to the Canadian Brewhouse afterwards to have drinks and chat. However, Danielle Smith was conspicuously absent despite all her staffers being there.
Looking at the big picture, if the agenda is total control of the individual, does it actually matter if the control is through forced injections and “pandemic lockdowns”, or locking people in their rooms using carbon credits to ration how much time we are allowed outside? (Purportedly going outside into the real world would generate more carbon than sitting in a chair living in a “metaverse” just barely breathing to not exceed one’s daily carbon credit for air in the real world.)
Is Danielle Smith the harbinger of a Net Zero tyranny that’s to follow the pandemic?
I don’t know. I never got to ask.
A couple months later Danielle Smith won the leadership race and became leader of the United Conservative Party. However, since “winning” and the campaign rhetoric supporting the freedom movement and political sovereignty of Alberta from federal government tyrrany, little changed.
The excuse was that prior to re-election, as a new leader, Danielle Smith was trapped by a cabinet that was still mostly the same people as the one that implemented vaccine mandates and lockdowns. If Smith won the general election of 2023, she’d have more power to make real changes, or so the story goes. Alberta Health Services and the Alberta College of Physicians and Surgeons couldn’t be changed without the re-electing Danielle Smith. (Or so we were told)
Many Albertans volunteered their time, energy and support to help Danielle Smith win the Provincial Election of May 2023. There was an immense backdrop of fear propelling the United Conservative Party campaign. The only other major party in Alberta, the New Democratic Party, had a leader who threatened door to door vaccination teams during the lockdowns. If the UCP lost, the NDP would guarantee tyranny in Alberta. The subtext of the UCP campaign was, “Vote for us or else…”.
The general election was held on May 29th, 2023 and Danielle Smith won. However, since winning the election in May, the United Conservative Party has changed little except for the messaging. How important is messaging? The dangers of false hope from false messages I wrote about in “False Flags”.
If there was meaningful action from the Premier’s office to help a transplant patient who was denied life saving surgery, it was done “behind the scenes”, in such a way to protect criminals working in Alberta Health Services. To make matters worse, the entire issue is likely hidden under a Non-disclosure Agreement and the patient has gone silent. Wasting over a year and thousands of healthcare dollars on a legal battle to try to kill a patient is now swept under the rug?
Moreover, if the “secret settlement” was for half a million dollars or more coming out of everyone’s pockets, is that right?
Is this justice? (Certainly not by Plato’s standards)1
The Situation Today
Alberta Health Services still will not let me offer emergency doctor services to rural ER’s that have closed due to the lack of staff. There has been no inquiry bringing accountability to who organizations that violated human rights with vaccination mandates and discrimination.
What people should ask now is why am I telling all this now?
Doesn’t my message harm the freedom movement?
Actually, my message is to do the opposite. I am trying to strengthen the freedom movement. I WANT Jeff Rath to prove me wrong and start winning in court FOR REAL. I WANT Arthur Pawlosky to disclose and break any non-disclosure agreement from a secret deal (if he made one). I even did a speech about breaking false oaths and how it wins back your integrity. I WANT Danielle Smith to hold Alberta Health Services doctors and administrators ACCOUNTABLE (without hiding them under the rug). I hope my articles push lawyers, gangsters and politicians to DO THE RIGHT THING.
This rounds out my 3rd piece about suspicious people in Canada’s Freedom movement and what people should be asking is Dr. Daniel, are YOU a spy op? Do you work for the cabal? Are you trying to destroy the freedom movement? No I am not.
Plato’s english translated definition of “Justice” is “Excellence of the Soul”
One by one they fall, traitors all.
In this context, clearly, NDA is not about confidentiality to protect the privacy of the patient. And it has nothing to do with the national security against China and Russia :-P
I noted that Smith was passionately embraced by some folks in the freedom movement. Now you wrote about your experience w her. And it reminded me of someone (a spiritual guru in a nutshell). He has said all the right thing all along, seemingly sounding friendly and warm with a bit of charisma . But his ultimate goal lied somewhere else. Delivering loving messages and cutting edge, jaw dropping info was only a part of grooming process to gain trust from his followers. So when he finally acts on his ultimate objective, his followers will be still hypnotised and his true agenda will be unnoticed.
I hope Smith is not another installment. Has to be a tough cookie to stand up against dirty Justin & his elite friends tho.
